Discover Odiongan, Romblon: Wharf Manor's Deli Hunter

After our tour of the Looc Bay Marine Refuge and Fish Sanctuary, we headed to Odiongan hoping for other interesting sights to see. It was Sunday so most of the shops at Odiongan were closed. We went to Mercury Drug Store to buy medicines for Finny since she's not feeling well. We were not able to prepare smaller peso bills and coins so we haven't bought any because the store didn't have any change. All we had were one thousand paper bills and anywhere we go, nobody would give us change. Instead we asked the locals if they have any recommendations on which place we could enjoy our lunch and they referred Wharf Manor. But since we were staying at Sta. Fe and jeepney trips are unpredictable due to being a Sunday and few people travel from Odiongan to Sta. Fe that day. We rode a tricycle to the terminal which is also near the public market to check if we can make it in time if we will still have lunch. The minimum fare for each trip is 10 pesos per passenger.

This is Manor Wharf. It is an inn for travelling guests, I wasn't able to inquire about their rates though.

We were actually hoping for a local delicacy food but instead we were offered usual food we can find in the city.

Their menu. I ordered their Daily Special which was Chicken Curry that day and Finny ordered Chicken and Rice. Both cost 80 pesos each and had already free melon flavored milk drinks.

Of course our meal wouldn't be complete without a selfie. The food tastes delicious and if we weren't in a hurry we would have chosen their burgers or all day breakfast meal. However, it'll take more time to cook them.

This was how it looked like inside. They offer entertainment for customers of all ages. They also have cable TV and wifi available. The restroom is clean also. The staff are accommodating as well. If you happen to visit Odiongan in Tablas Island of Romblon, you can have a satisfying meal here after a long and rough ride.
